Rain Dust is not responsible for shipping delays, customs processing, or lost packages once in transit.
Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order.

Due to the consumable nature of our matcha products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@raindustmatcha.com.
We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
