At Rain Dust, every order is prepared with care to ensure your matcha arrives fresh and in perfect condition.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

During peak times, sales, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer but we’ll always keep you updated.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within Canada): 3–6 business days

  • United States: 4–9 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on customs or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival.
Rain Dust is not responsible for these charges — they are determined by your local customs authority.


Order Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@raindustmatcha.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Rain Dust cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Rain Dust cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
